This coastal inspired Elevate Barn145 transportable home is soon to be nestled in the picturesque Cooks Beach. This cedar-clad beauty combines contemporary design with beachy vibes, making it the perfect retreat for coastal living.

The house features 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, contemporary kitchen with scullery and separate laundry room. The main living area, and entertaining hub of the home, can be set up into two distinct zones - one area for watching TV or relaxing on the corner window seat in front of the fire, and the other for socialising or enjoying the views from the huge stacker doors on either side of the room.

In the kitchen, the rattan pendants, ocean-wash tiling, and the white-on-white cabinetry are reminiscent of a bright and breezy coastal retreat and the extra-long- engineered stone island benchtop, invites casual, beach- style dining.

Our architectural team has designed a boat shed to sit alongside the main home once it gets to site, which will not only house the boat but also has self-contained living space for guests.
