Ownership of Intellectual Property
All architectural drawings, floor plans, 3D models, imagery, videos, design and written content featured on this website are protected under the Copyright Act 1994 (New Zealand) and remain the intellectual property of Turner Road Architecture Ltd, unless otherwise stated.
Turner Road Architecture is our sister company and is solely responsible for the architectural design and documentation of all Elevate Homes plans. Elevate Homes Ltd retains exclusive rights to market and build these designs under license.
Restrictions on Use
Any use, reproduction, adaptation, transmission, storage, publication, or distribution of any materials found on this website or in our downloadable brochures and materials —including floor plans and 3D models—without prior written permission from Elevate Homes Ltd or Turner Road Architecture Ltd is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Copying or reproducing our floor plans for personal or commercial purposes
Using our designs as the basis for a new or modified plan
Providing our plans to another builder or designer
Displaying or sharing our content online or in printed material without attribution and consent
Legal Action and Enforcement
We actively monitor for copyright infringement and have successfully prosecuted past breaches. Any unauthorized use of our designs or plans will result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for financial damages, legal costs, and injunctions.
We reserve the right to take immediate legal action against any individual or company found to be misusing our intellectual property.
