This beautiful timber-clad home is bound for Kaipara. The house is an Elevate Barn 148, with a few modifications. It’s usually a 4-bedroom, 2-living home with 2 bathrooms and a combined scullery/ laundry. However, this bespoke home has a third bathroom instead of a scullery and the laundry is separate.

Another noticeable difference to the standard Elevate 148 model, is the stunning Abodo cladding on the exterior of the home. This cladding not only looks amazing but as it comes from sustainably grown pine and is treated using heat rather than chemicals, it’s also kind to the environment.
