This beautiful bespoke Elevate home was based on the standard Elevate Box 114 model, which is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home. However, our clients were looking for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a scullery and larger laundry, so the floor plan was altered to suit.

This home is one of Elevate’s smaller house designs, but what it lacks in size it certainly makes up for in well-appointed design, high-end finishing, ample practical storage, and generous, livable spaces.

Our lovely clients are thrilled with their new home and also thoroughly enjoyed the design and build journey along the way.
