This Elevate Tilt 130 home was designed for the exclusive Rangitahi Peninsula in Raglan. The exterior Scandi inspired colour palette carries through into a clean and contemporary interior colour scheme and décor. Warmth and vibrancy were added throughout with sage green and misty grey tones in the kitchen and entertainment area, and a striking honey gloss splashback in the heart of the home.

The main living area features a soaring ceiling with an off-centred ridge that adds loftiness and an architectural feel to this already spacious room.  A contemporary galley kitchen and scullery are positioned on one side on the open plan design while an in-built entertainment area and hidden storeroom are opposite.

One end of the home features two roomy bedrooms with dual access into the main bathroom. The opposite end houses the spacious master bedroom suite including ensuite and walk-in-wardrobe.

Commercial grade laminate flooring is used throughout with premium carpet in the bedrooms for warmth and elegance, and the enviable ensuite and bathroom are fitted with quality European and NZ engineered bathroom and tapware

Although based on the Elevate standard Tilt 130 plan, this home was customised to reflect the lifestyle of the owners and to suit its stunning elevated coastal location.
