Our lovely clients, Marli and David, live in Canada and worked with us remotely via Zoom, phone calls and email to create this beautiful bespoke Barn 114 home, for them to move in to on their return home to Waiheke Island.
The home is based on the standard Elevate Barn 114 model (3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom) but was modified to feature 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate scullery and laundry and a host of other space saving and bespoke features, to suit Marli and David’s personality and the future island setting.
This home is one of Elevate’s smaller house designs, but what it lacks in size it certainly makes up for in quality focused design and construction and well-appointed, liveable spaces.
