Our Iwi clients were keen on prefabricated buildings for faster construction, the ability to accommodate sea level rises and for minimal disruption to their site and the surrounding area. They also wanted a unique, contemporary building reflective of their culture with next-level street appeal, for their iconic waterfront site. We were happy to oblige.

Two 150m2 buildings featuring our iconic Tilt roofline, linked via a covered outdoor deck area, will house a café and commercial kitchen in one module and a conference centre and tourist hub in the other.

The exterior combines herringbone cedar cladding with custom decorative metal screening and our onsite plan features considered outdoor spaces that balance aesthetics, accessibility and functionality.
